At Coffee House Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
